Don’t worry, you’re in the right place. My name is Sam Calvo and I organize these meetups.
We meet sporadically at local libraries around Seattle as a time for quiet, concentrated writing, as well as a place to meet beta readers, critique partners, and other aspiring writers.
Come fix your writer’s block, meet other writers, or get inspiration to start something new! All writers welcome!

Beta Reader Matchup
Are you searching for beta readers who could eventually become part of your writing group? Would you like to connect with writers working in a similar genre or part of Seattle making it easier to exchange critiques simultaneously? You don’t need a finished manuscript to get started—sign up today!
What:
Get critique on up to 5000 words. You will be matched with 2-5 other writers in similar genres and/or location. You will then meet in person (or zoom but highly recommend in person) to discuss your work
Why:
A great opportunity to get feedback from multiple people who are writing in a similar genre. Who knows, maybe you’ll find your future critique partner to help you get your novel published
Deadline to Sign Up:

Cost: FREE!
